Warranty for Used Items
All electronics sold on our platform are covered by a seven (7) day inspection warranty, effective from the date of delivery. Please note that the products we sell are used, second-hand, or pre-owned and sourced from overseas. The warranty applies specifically to mobile phones.
Important Note:
The warranty will be void if the product suffers external damage, including but not limited to drops, impacts, cracks, or scratches.
Warranty Card
Your purchase receipt serves as your warranty card. A printed invoice is not required, as we can retrieve your order details using the order number. This warranty does not cover accidental or intentional damage, and the following conditions are excluded from coverage:
- Warranty period has expired.
- No proof of purchase is provided.
- Damage due to improper use (e.g., drops, liquid damage, bending).
- Damage caused by external forces beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents).
- Self-repair, disassembly, modification, rooting, or other unauthorized interventions.
- Damage resulting from force majeure events such as fires, earthquakes, and floods.

Warranty for Brand New (Box-Packed) Items
Some brand-new items may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the respective brand’s official website for specific warranty terms. For box-packed items imported from the USA, UK, or UAE, any warranty claims must be handled directly between the buyer and the manufacturer, and Justbuyphone assumes no responsibility in such cases.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, and we accept no further liability beyond that.
